In order to gain access to the various secondary classes, you must complete a number of missions i.e. a mission for each class for which you have no access to. There are a few places you'll need to discover in order to take these secondary missions and you can only do them after you ascend. These places are Heroes Audience, Destinies Gorge and Seekers Passage. This link (http://guildwars.gameamp.com/game_map/game_map/125.php) will show you their locations or alternatively you could check the GWG interactive map. This just doesn't always load for me though.
Once you have done the secondary mission for a particular class you will be able to change to that secondary class. When you do this, you will not lose your current secondary class skills . Instead they will be hidden from you and you will only see your new secondary class skills. When you change back which can be done by talking to any of the ghosts who gave you the secondary missions you will find all your old skills intact. Also you will find that all the attribute points you placed into secondary class attributes will have been refunded (n.b. You do not receive refund points). After you have done all the aforementioned missions you will be able to change secondary whenever you wish and be able to gain points back for those secondaries without ever having to use refund points. Save refund points for primary attributes! Also you will find that if you attained most of your secondary skills up until the desert through questing, those quests will no longer be available to you for your new secondary. There are only a few skills available to you through quests. These will be available at locations where there are npc's of each class. For example Yaks Bend. Therefore I advise you keep an eye on your skill points. Since these become harder and harder to come by (only good way to get them is through UW and FoW quests where XP is high). |

You'd have to live under a rock to not know that message boards have search functions. The answer to this is obvious anyway if you play the game. You're pretty much walked through this entire game, so there is very little chance that you could miss the quest to begin the process.

I've never really used forums before, so I wasn't aware of the search function to start with. Not everybody is as competent at using forums as you are. Also I'd like to point out again that the search function does not always return the desired results. And the OP was asking a question, so the least you can do is answer it. What help is there in saying "play the game and find out". I thought the point of these forums was to share information, not say I know, but I'm not going to tell you. Thats just plain ridiculous.
